1. Introduction
By accessing or using the website and services of BenTec Corporation (“BenTec,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any transaction or appointment booking.
2. General Purchase & Checkout Terms
2.1 Order Processing & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Partial payments are not accepted.
- We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Affirm.
- Orders are typically processed within 10 business days; processing times may vary.
2.2 Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, China, India, Russia, Spain, and Brazil.
- Estimated delivery times are dynamic and depend on location, shipping method, and carrier conditions.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by BenTec under any circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors beyond our control.
2.3 Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are only available for unused, unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective as determined by BenTec.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

- Digital products (e.g., e-books, courses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
3. Appointment Booking Terms
3.1 Booking & Payments
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our website.
- All booking fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Booking fees for service appointments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successful.
3.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers may receive rescheduling options or a full refund of their booking fee.
3.3 Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals.
- If you arrive beyond this period, your appointment may be canceled without a refund.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
- All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, express or implied, except as required by law.
- BenTec is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products, services, or website.
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs issues, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
- Customers assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws when purchasing and using our products.
- BenTec provides helpful tools such as firewalls with SSL decryption/analysis capabilities. In the wrong hands this could be used to entirely bypass a networks security. We are not liable for any misuse of these products or services. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Any modifications or misuse of our products voids any implied or explicit warranties.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect and use customer information solely for order processing and appointment scheduling.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
